Don’t normally bother with feedback requests but I will say when something is well below standard… I’ve ordered from here for years, food took 1hr 40mins to arrive after being given an estimated delivery of 50mins, was told it was on its way after having to call after waiting well over an hour and still waited another 25 minutes… On its way from the other side of town by the looks of it… food arrived cold and chips were dead, garlic pot had even moulded itself through the top of the pizza box which tells me it had just been sat for a long time…The thing is it’s not the first time this exact thing has happened now, and I understand they may be busy, but a little communication and some hot food is pretty basic stuff really…I’m not a prick that goes out of his way to give bad feedback but the standard of this place has gone to the pits… Won’t order again.. Shame really

By far the best in darlington for food! Especially the kebab or burgers & the pizza beats the majority of others anyways along with probably the best garlic bread around. The staff are great the shop is always clean & food is always piping hot on delivery from the others idea of town.

Kebab grill accepted and delivered a meal deal order without having one of the components ( Donner kebab) and didn’t send the salad included in the order. Then only offered 20% off our next order. Will not be ordering again!
